Gay Gaddis is the founder of T3, an innovative digital and marketing agency that grew into the largest woman-owned independent agency in the U.S. Under Gay’s leadership for 30+ years, T3 rose to national prominence developing digital solutions for Fortune 200 companies, until its acquisition by Lieberman Research Worldwide (LRW) in 2019.
Today, through her speaking career, her book Cowgirl Power, board work, and custom leadership training, Gay is focusing her always-on energy to empower entrepreneurs and the next generation of business leaders to take big leaps in their careers and lives.
Lynn Utter
Independent Director of WESCO International, Lincoln National, NextEra Energy and Vista Outdoor; Operating Partner, Atlas Holdings, LLC
Lynn Utter climbed the corporate ladder through operating roles in manufacturing and distribution, supporting iconic brands including Knoll, Coors, and Frito-Lay. In 2016 she became CEO of the largest distributor of confections in the U.S. and has subsequently transitioned to corporate board service.
Currently Lynn serves as an Independent Director for four publicly traded companies. She has also served on a myriad of not-for-profit boards within The University of Texas, The Aspen Institute, and United Way; and recently co-chaired the Stanford GSB's Task Force on Women.
Melissa Murphy, Ph.D.
Lecturer, Department of Management, Red McCombs School of Business
Dr. Melissa Murphy is the Founder and Chief Communication Coach of The Pitch Academy and an award-winning lecturer and scholar at The University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Murphy currently teaches business communication, negotiation, and entrepreneurship at McCombs School of Business.
In 2019, she was selected to teach in the Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (WEL) Institute where she launched the first-ever consumer products practicum. In 2020, she helped launch the first Texas chapter of The Women’s Network at The University of Texas dedicated to helping women succeed professionally.
