What is the program start date?
The application for the incoming cohort is now open. Classes for anyone who submits an application between August 2026 and May 2027 will begin in July 2027.
How is the program delivered?
The Master of Science in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence program will be delivered as an in-residence program on the UT campus in Austin.
Is tuition different in-state versus out-of-state?
Yes. In-state tuition is $55,600, and out-of-state tuition is $59,700.
What are the application deadlines?
The application is now open; application deadlines are listed on our admissions website. Texas McCombs MS Programs has four application rounds with corresponding decision release dates. We encourage you to apply as early as possible, as later rounds are filled on a case-by-case basis and based on availability.
What tests are required for the application?
GRE or GMAT test scores are optional for all applicants. International students must submit either an official Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or Duolingo English Test (DET) score (exceptions may apply)
I am an international applicant. Can I apply after the final international deadline?
No. The final international deadline is set in order to allow time for visa processing. Additionally, due to a high volume of applications, we cannot accept applications after the final deadline.
Can I apply as a current undergraduate at UT?
Yes you can. Current UT Austin undergraduate students can apply using the MS Bridge Program admissions option for all four full-time Master of Science programs.
