What is the program start date?
Reiterate that applications for the incoming cohort closed on May 5 and will reopen on August 26, 2026. Classes for anyone who submits an application between August 2026 and May 2027 will begin classes in July 2027.
How is the program delivered?
The Master of Science in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence program will be delivered as an in-residence program on the UT campus in Austin.
Is tuition different in-state versus out-of-state?
Yes. In-state tuition is $55,600, and out-of-state tuition is $59,700.
What are the application deadlines?
The application is currently closed. Once it opens on August 26, 2026, application deadlines will be listed on our admissions website. Texas McCombs MS Programs has four application rounds with corresponding decision release dates. We encourage you to apply as early as possible, as later rounds are filled on a case-by-case basis and based on availability.
What tests are required for the application?
GRE or GMAT test scores are optional for all applicants. TOEFL or IELTS for all international students are required (waivers are available).
I am an international applicant. Can I apply after the final international deadline?
No. The final international deadline is set in order to allow time for visa processing. Additionally, due to a high volume of applications, we cannot accept applications after the final deadline.
Can I apply as a current undergraduate at UT?
Yes you can. Current UT Austin undergraduate students can apply using the MS Bridge Program admissions option for all four full-time Master of Science programs.
